Our job goes beyond running practices and coaching games. We are here to teach, develop, challenge and support our players while continuing to raise the standard of GW Baseball on and off the field.
Coach Todd Tantillo
Head Coach • Program Director
Leads the year-round vision for GW Baseball with an emphasis on culture, discipline, accountability and long-term player development. Sets the program standard for preparation, effort and what it means to represent GW Baseball the right way.
Coach Tony Chapman
JV Head Coach • 20+ Years at GW
A cornerstone of GW Baseball for more than two decades. Coach Chapman brings experience, consistency and a deep commitment to GW athletes. He emphasizes fundamentals, confidence and preparing players to continue progressing within Patriot Baseball.
Coach Kai Long
Varsity Assitant Coach • Pitching Coach
Works with the GW pitching staff with an emphasis on preparation, mechanics, arm care and competitive presence. Helps pitchers develop confidence, consistency and the ability to compete while supporting the health and readiness of the staff throughout the season.
Coach Steven Santaella
Assistant Coach • All-Around Support
A program-first coach who contributes wherever the team needs him. Coach Santaella supports defensive work, hitting, practice organization, field preparation and player development while helping keep the daily operation of the program moving.
