High school athletes often get lost in bad ratios and rushed progressions. We fix that with coaching that refuses shortcuts.

How It Works

A simple, disciplined system that produces results.

Step 1

Instructional Phase

Learn proper form and expectations across key lifts and mobility work — from deadlifting to accessory patterns. No one moves forward without earning it.

Step 2

Strength Phase

8 weeks • 3 sessions/week. Consistent time slots, small groups, and a use-it-or-lose-it structure designed to maximize progress and protect value.

Total program cost: $960.

Step 3

Performance Tracking

We use Lumin Sports to track mobility, workload, and progress so no detail gets missed — and every rep has a purpose.

High Standards. High Results.

Commitment

Release and Club Rules are required. We expect 100% commitment — attendance, effort, and accountability every session.

Consistency
