Welcome to COBALT Strength

Strength & Performance Coaching — All Sports. All Levels.

COBALT Strength is a technique-first training program built for athletes who want real, repeatable results. We coach strength like a skill—teaching mechanics, intent, and progression that transfer to sport.

We don’t pack a room to chase volume. We keep coach-to-athlete ratios tight and hold a standard. If form slips, load stops. If effort dips, we reset. Accountability + Precision = Performance.

Our programming blends evidence-based cycles with sport demands—power for jump and sprint, rotational force for throw and hit, resilient tissue for contact and change of direction. We train baseball, football, soccer, lacrosse, volleyball, track, and more.

No guarantees—only the work. The bar doesn’t care. The teenage years are the best window to build strength and habits that last a lifetime. When training is coached correctly, discipline in the gym becomes a tool that will be used forever. These cycles have produced some of the strongest athletes in Denver. Every macro is planned, tested, and proven.

Accountability. Discipline. Intensity. Science.

How to Get Started

All New Athletes Begin with Our 4-Session Instructional Phase

The COBALT Athlete Training Program begins with instruction. Every athlete—regardless of sport, age, or experience—completes four instructional sessions before entering the full strength phase.

During this phase, athletes are taught proper form and movement patterns on every major lift and accessory exercise—deadlifts, squats, presses, carries, and mobility work. They’ll learn how to train with precision, intent, and the standards expected inside COBALT.

No athlete moves forward until they graduate from this phase. Once cleared, they enter the 8-week strength phase (3 training sessions per week) designed to build measurable strength and athletic power. This program is a use-it-or-lose-it commitment — consistency is what keeps our cost low and results high.

We’ll do everything possible to maintain your assigned time slot. If scheduling conflicts arise, we’ll work to accommodate, but space is limited and consistency matters.

Step One: Learn the Standard. Step Two: Build Strength That Lasts.
